Black Glove Delivery sends and receives SMS and MMS messages as part of our grocery concierge service. This includes transactional text messages and images related to your grocery lists, orders, delivery scheduling and updates, item substitutions, appointments, customer service, secure payment links, post-delivery feedback, and order-related receipt or delivery-photo communications. You may reply to our messages with text or images — for example, to share a grocery list, a photo of a product, or a special request.

Message frequency may vary based on your orders and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging services.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS/MMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share personal information, including SMS/MMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that assist us with messaging services, such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications providers, and vendors that help us deliver text messages.

Your SMS/MMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties.
